All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information will result in the account being immediately suspended or closed, and the associated balance may be forfeited.
3 Account Management
3.1 Login Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your ck775 account. Do not share your password with anyone. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact the support team immediately. ck775 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access.
3.2 Verification Process
You may be required to verify your identity in order to make withdrawals or access other features. A national identity card, passport or other government-issued document may be requested. Some services may be restricted until the verification process is complete.
3.3 Account Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The account balance will always be displayed in Taka.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
Funds can be deposited at ck775 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits are generally processed instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
4.3 Transaction Verification
ck775 reserves the right to verify any withdrawal request. Additional verification may be required for large transactions. In cases of suspicious transactions, funds may be held until an investigation is completed.
4.4 Failed Transactions
If deposited funds do not reach your account for any reason, please contact the support team with proof of the transaction. In the case of a failed withdrawal, the funds will be returned to your casino wallet.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳5,000 will earn an additional ৳5,000 as a bonus.
Wagering Requirement: 15x (on deposit amount plus bonus)
5.2 Bonus Usage Terms
To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the combined total of the deposit amount and the bonus. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
5.3 Bonus Forfeiture
Bonuses may be forfeited in the following cases:
- Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts
- Violating the bonus rules
- Fraudulent activity is proven
- Account is closed due to a breach of terms and conditions
5.4 VIP Program
ck775's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Users can move up to higher tiers through regular play.
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Regular active participation in play is required to advance to each tier. ck775 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.
6 Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Rules
A bet cannot be cancelled once it has been placed and confirmed. Before placing a bet, make sure you have understood all the terms. ck775 reserves the right to void any bet placed incorrectly due to a technical error.
6.2 Sports Betting
Betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi and other sports. Odds are subject to change — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply. If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the bet will be refunded.
6.3 Live Casino
Live casino games are played with real dealers. If the connection is lost, the game will complete automatically and the result will stand. ck775 will not be liable for any loss caused by network issues.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:
- Fraud, collusion or conspiring with other users
- Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage
- Playing using automated bots or software
- Attempting money laundering or illegal funds processing
- Exploiting any vulnerability in the system or software
- Attempting to access other users' accounts
- Harassing or abusive behaviour toward ck775 staff
- Interfering with the platform's security or technical systems

- Failure or delay by a third-party payment provider
- Losses caused by unauthorized access where user negligence is involved
